The regular registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, the welcome reception, conference dinner, and the proceedings.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (22 %).
VAT-registered EU businesses and non-EU participants may be exempt under the reverse-charge or export-of-services rules. Details will be provided on the invoice.
Registration and early-bird deadline
The early-bird registration deadline is 15 February 2027. This date also serves as the author registration deadline — at least one author of each accepted paper must register by this date for the paper to be included in the programme and proceedings. How to register
Registration will be handled through the Indico conference management system. The link will be made available here once registration opens.
