The regular registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, the welcome reception, a tour of Laško and its brewery, an afternoon trip to Celje with a unique underground experience, the conference dinner, and the proceedings; see the conference leaflet for the full social programme. It does not include the pre-conference courses or accompanying persons; these are charged as separate items, which can be paid for together with the conference fee in a single order at checkout.
The course fee covers attendance of one pre-conference course: Courses 1 and 2 run in parallel and are limited to 15 participants each. The Dewesoft-sponsored course is free of charge and limited to 30 participants. See the Courses page for details.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (22 %).
VAT-registered EU businesses and non-EU participants may be exempt under the reverse-charge or export-of-services rules. Details will be provided on the invoice.
Registration and early-bird deadline
The early-bird registration deadline is 15 February 2027. This date also serves as the author registration deadline: at least one author of each accepted paper must register by this date for the paper to be included in the programme and proceedings.
