Paper submission
Abstract submission
Authors are requested first to submit an abstract of approx. 200 words through the IOMAC 2027 event management system. Once the submitted abstract is accepted, the paper can be uploaded.
The deadline for abstract submission is 1 October 2026.
Paper submission
Papers must be written in English and should be 4 to 8 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references. They must strictly follow the IOMAC Word or LaTeX template.
The final proceedings will be published and available online, and indexed in Scopus.
Each paper must present a clear scientific contribution to the field, e.g., novel insights, approaches, or findings that advance the current state of research and practice. Submitted papers must be original and free of plagiarism.
In order to complete a submission, an abstract must first be accepted. Submissions are also handled through the conference management system (Indico).
The deadline for paper submission is 15 December 2026.
Submission policy
In order for accepted papers to be included in the IOMAC 2027 program and in the proceedings, one of the authors must register and pay the conference fees no later than 15 February 2027.
Each registration covers one paper. Authors presenting more than one paper must register and pay separately for each additional paper.
